The Last Letter to Lekvattnet

As Vilhelm Moberg once wrote "The last letter to Sweden", I got a e-mail from with a last farewell from Karin Pearson in Chicago. Karin's Sisters sun wrote to me: Karin died mars 2003, at the Age 103. She was living a active life, all except the last couple of months. Karin Pearson, was born at Kittmon, Lekvattnet at the 22 of February 1900. She was the second child in to Johan and Matilda Nilsson (sister to Gotthard and Natalia). Karin moved 1920 to America and married Gunnar from Lysvik. They lived all their life in Chicago. Karin was very active in old age and gladly talked about her youth in Lekvattnet
