The Finnish colonisation of Lekvattnet 

The first settler (homestead " Norra Lekvattnet") got his building permit at the 19'th of June 1635. 
This " Matts Larsson" is without a doubt identical with Matts Larsson Liukoinen! 
His finnish name is still nown in Lekvattnet by the croft Liukkola or Likkosen torppa. 
Today it is named Luktorpet.
