| John's great grandfather emigrated from a croft near
the lake Lysen, Lekvattnet it the year 1868. It was very poor times when John O Lysen (only 14 years old) and his family decided to emigrate to America. Three generations later another John Lysen wonders who his ancestors actually were and where they came from. It took him some time to find the story about the fourteen year old boy that emigrated from Lekvattnet, his grandfather's father. |
